However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out, and we want to make the return process as easy as possible.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery for most items. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within this period.
Please note:
- Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns.
- Shipping Fees: Most items will have a paid return label provided, but some products require the Customer to handle return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. While we will make every effort to accommodate cancellations, please note that it is not guaranteed, as some orders may have already been processed or shipped.
